  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During festivals, special events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all serviceable locations across India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our customer support team will contact you regarding the available options.


3. Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on All Orders Across India.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery unless otherwise mentioned during promotional offers or special delivery services.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via your registered email address, mobile number, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect mobile number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Devakinandan Enterprise shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


9. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if it is severely damaged.
  • Take clear photographs of the package before opening.
  • Record an uninterrupted unboxing video.
  • Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

11. Lost Shipments

If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, we will investigate the issue and, after verification, arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement order where applicable.


12. International Shipping

Currently, Devakinandan Enterprise ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
