1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all serviceable locations across India.

If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our customer support team will contact you to discuss the available options.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for most orders is

7–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier partner operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Festivals
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

Devakinandan Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders across India.

There are no additional standard shipping charges unless specifically mentioned during checkout or for special delivery services.


5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via your registered email address, mobile number, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Please ensure that all contact details are accurate to avoid delays.


6. Shipment Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping Confirmation
  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the package

The shipment may be returned to us.

Any re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Devakinandan Enterprise shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Replacement requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Please note that we provide replacements only. Refunds are not offered.


10. Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Force majeure events

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


11. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, we will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, subject to verification and product availability.


12. International Shipping

At present, Devakinandan Enterprise ships only within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
