Conditions:

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging may also be required.

Products returned without valid proof may not qualify for replacement.

Refunds are not provided for eligible replacement cases.

Approved claims will be resolved by sending a replacement product, subject to product availability.
